Reprints Program Policies

This page lists the policies currently in place for our reprints program. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Quality Control and Disclaimer

Due to the age and original quality of many of these titles, we do not accept any responsibility as to the completeness, or print quality of any title. PLEASE CHECK the original archive as well as the sample pages if available before ordering. Occasionally, errors may occur during the book setup process, and we strive to correct them promptly.

Additionally, occasionally they may be errors in the cataloging data and/or covers for some titles. We pull cataloging data directly from the originating archives. You need to contact the original archive to correct the errors.

Order, Payment and Shipping Policies

Due to the sheer volume of titles and to keep costs down, we have partnered with the some of the leading print on demand vendors to handle our orders. Please keep in mind that payments and orders are processed by our print partners, and they should be contacted first in case of a problem. We do not have direct access to the customer service and ordering systems used by our vendors, and in most cases will not be able to help.

Below you will find order, payment and shipping policies by vendor:

  • Amazon.com - this partner handles many soft cover orders. Their order, payment and shipping policies can be found here.
  • Lulu Enterprises / Lulu.com - this printing partner handles all hard cover and most soft cover orders. Their order, payment and shipping policies can be found here.
  • On Demand Books - this partner handles in-store orders. Policies vary from store to store.
